About Us
Our vision, mission and values have been firmly established by God through our leadership, yet as a new fellowship we are still growing into who God wants us to be. We are a part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, which connects us to Christians all over the world who celebrate the amazing grace of God. We are also especially liberated in our unique expression of worship and fellowship that connects us to the African American church tradition.
Through our faithful partnership God will empower us in our
mission to receive, release and reproduce the life of Jesus. In at least
two specific ways we can advance God’s mission together:
Partners In Prayer (PIP)
Join us in prayer for at least 3 minutes on 3 occasions weekly:
:: Sunday — 6:00-7:00 a.m. – Prayer for the worship experience
:: Wednesday — all day – Prayer for mission and ministry
:: Any Day — all day – Prayer for family and personal needs
People Serving People (PSP)
Rather than only creating ministries “inside the church” we all
have the opportunity to be involved in ministry also in our
neighborhoods and on our jobs. Please take advantage of
evangelism opportunities and serving with mission groups
who are doing significant ministry in areas we are interested.
Please know that God loves you and desires the very best for your life. This day is an opportunity for you to begin the next step of your Christian journey. If you sense that The Church at North Pointe is a fellowship you can call home, we invite you to unite with us today and continue the experience of real life. You are more than welcome to respond to the invitation during the worship service or please see Pastor Kevin Dudley, Pastor Gail Dudley or any of our ministry partners following the service. However you decide, you are welcome anytime to share with us again during worship services or our disciple’s study.
